Auto Enrolment

There is no exemption for small and medium sized businesses with auto enrolment legislation being rolled out to all UK employers over the coming months.

Those employers with more than 250 staff must comply no later than 1st April 2014 and with more than 50 staff no later than the following year.

This is not something to leave to the last minute in fact the Pensions Regulator advises that ideally most employers should allow 18 months to prepare for auto enrolment, so there is no time like the present to get ready.
